About the role:
Support the creation, administration, and management of UX research studies with a strong focus on Qualtrics software. This role is centered on research design and execution rather than user interface or visual design. The ideal candidate should have experience building structured studies, managing workflows, and analyzing survey data to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and manage UX research studies, primarily questionnaire-based
Manage data collection processes and monitor study quality
Perform basic to intermediate statistical analysis of research results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine research goals and study design

Requirements:

Native or near-native proficiency in English
Background in UX research or behavioral research
Comfort with basic statistical analysis and interpreting quantitative data
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously
